CASE: ADPROFIT JUNIOR 2019
The course took place in the spring of 2020. At this course, our client was Lindström. The task was to raise awareness of Lindström as an employer and to clarify the image of the company. The aim was to make new target groups aware of Lindström and get them interested in the company's career opportunities. Our main task was to ponder how we could intorduce Lindström and their diverse job opportunitys in an interesting way. Storytelling, circular economy and responsibility also had to be kept in mind. In addition, the work was supposed to include design ideas of content for social media in multiple channels.
We chose immigrants as our target group. We did the work in pairs and I learned more about project management, scheduling, concept planning and teamwork. We worked on the project very passionately and sometimes the working days lasted until midnight. Our coaches in this course were e.g. Jenni Brisk and Tarja Autio. The name of our project became Link Up with Lindström. We participated in the AdProfit Junior competition with our project and we made it to the shortlist. The visual look of the final work is my creation.
